Olives and Truffles

Olives are an integral part of the history of Puech-Haut. Before becoming a vineyard, the lands were simply a vast range of olive trees. Of that field, today there are still about fifteen hectares of olive trees.
From these olive trees, Gérard Bru harvests olive oil every year that you can find for sale in the estate cellar.

Truffles, in the middle of the vineyards! There is a plot of about fifteen hectares of oak trees where another treasure can be found. That is black gold, the famous melasnosporum tuber, black truffles.
